<description><![CDATA[ I have a hard time comprehending that anyone would actually complain of a lower skill level taking their time to shoot.(even if it is a little longer than norm) If the player is actually focusing on the table and not flitting around the bar chatting with everyone instead of shooting then how can you complain that someone is trying to improve their game? I know there is at least one exception to this in every division but in general these 'slow' players are trying to learn and improve their game. Maybe if you are so worried about time you should play in a faster paced league i.e. Valley.]]></description>
